Hello lovelies!
I'm back to share with my June Favourites and what else have I been up to in June.
I usually share my top 5 beauty products after using these products for at least one month or so! I think for many of you out there who are new to me, like who's this blogger, is she trustworthy, can I trust her reviews?

None of my purchases are sponsored and I'm an aspiring beauty blogger. I'm reaching out to oily, acne prone skin like myself, monolid Asian eyes and how do I get them to work a look out for me? I am a certified and professional makeup artist so I like to experiment with beauty products and have them reviewed. I'm building my reputation from here and I hope that my readers who have chanced upon my blog will subscribe and support this dream!
Let's get started!
1.Cosrx Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Cleanser

If you have read my earlier posts on my kbeauty haul with hermos, I have purchased the clear skin kit which consists of this cleanser, acne patch and Aha/BHA clarifying treatment toner. I have used 2 of the mentioned products and it's been giving me results.
For this cleanser, it has two main ingredients : tea tree oil and salicylic acid. Former is good for anti inflammatory and latter is good for exfoliating and it's usually the key ingredient in acne creams. I've used this to replace lush herbalism cleanser not because it's bad but I'm looking for alternative cleansers so that my skin does not immune itself to the effectiveness of one cleanser.
This cleanser is good at sebum control but at the same time, it doesn't dry me out. You just feel clean after cleansing your face with this after a long day. I usually use this in the evening as I don't see the need to exfoliate my face in the morning. When I had a mini breakout on my outer right corner of my face, I thought it helped me recover faster than normal, especially if I use it together with the acne patch. I'm now on my road to recovery with minimal threatening bumps on my face but there are still some acne marks at the side of my face which is coverable by foundation.

Above is a picture of my existing acnes. This was pretty recent, so I am uncertain why I only had breakout at the right side of my face and the rest were clear. It was repetitive as well, it will go down but not completely, you know that it'll reoccur because it was not completely flat when the pus burst. After using the cleanser and acne patch, it was completely purged out within a week. 1 cleanser: cleanses and rid bacteria 2 acne patch: helps to create white head over night and that helps in purging 3 innisfree volcanic clay mask: to purge out the white head and close pores.
2. Cosrx Acne Pimple Master Patch

Put this on any active or emerging acne and this creates a white head that's easier to purge overnight. I know like it's annoying to see a white head bulging out but it's the fastest way to get the acne to purge and kills it cycle.
It's as effective as the online reviews that I have read. On Tuesday, I had an acne threatening my cheek and it's red. It's so irritating because I want to look good in my photos on Saturday! So I quickly put this on the acne and next day, it became white head. And together with my Kiehls acne cream, by Wednesday evening, it was ready to be popped so I used my clay mask to burst and tighten my pores.
On Thursday I had an interview, but the pus has been purged after my mask has been rinsed off. It was still red but at least it's flattened and it's coverable by concealer or foundation. On Friday, I recovered as it is no longer red. Healing was fast and it didn't leave scars too.

This is the condition of my face by Saturday. It was smooth and acne free. But of course there are still marks on my face but they are slowly clearing up, thanks to my snail mucin essence by cosrx
3. Hourglass Ambience Palette

Remember there was a time I was looking for a highlighter and then after a long decision, I decided on this palette? I am super loving the subtle glow it gives me after each use. I am creating a dent in the colour in the middle because I've been using it to highlight my face. The left hand side is used to set my makeup. The colour is just right to be a setting powder and it does create a pore blurring effect but it doesn't clog pores. It gives a luminous and natural finish that isn't heavy on the skin. The right hand corner is used to enhance my contour or used as a blusher when I want my eyes to stand out more. It doesn't break me out or gives the sticky heavy feeling after the whole day. I am definitely recommending this palette to anyone with oily, acne prone skin!
4. Colourpop Pressed Eyeshadow

I haven't got to labelling my Eyeshadows for you but I love them so much that I had to buy the palette for 24 pressed shadows and fill them all up. I have one more slot to go. I used ariatum depotted eyeshadow to fill up the space. I'm thinking of ordering board shorts the next time together with an ultra blotted lip in zuma and blotted lip in candy floss. Some of the latest additions will be Tiny tangerines, lil board, sea stars, stay golden, cloud nine, poodle, and some others which I will update when I take a proper photo and labels on. So be sure to continue watching out for this space!
5. Hourglass immaculate liquid foundation

I can't emphasize how much love I have for this. I think I might be the only one who feels that she does not want her foundation removed after a long day because this foundation gives you super nice looking skin after prolong hours. It gives you smooth, good looking , dewy skin for oily, acne prone skin like myself. It's just so good and light on the skin too like you are not wearing foundation. Coverage is light to medium so if you want to cover your dark circles/acne, you'll need concealer.👍🏻👍🏻
